Q. How can I access an article that the library doesn't have?
If there is no Access now or Access options button below the article then the library does not have access to that article.
You can, however, request that we get the article for you from another library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Simply follow this link:
https://www.pointpark.edu/academics/academicresources/library/borrowanotherlibrary/index
Then click on Request An Article and fill out the request form.
The article should arrive as a PDF in your PPU email within a few days.
